Dominique Lamothe studied at l'Institut de tourisme et d' hôtellerie du Québec to improve his cordon-bleu talents. After working in the restaurant and hotel industry for more than fifteen years, Dominique never stopped enriching his art, always seeking fresh new taste combinations.
